1. Rental Terms

• Reservation and Booking: By making a reservation through our website or over the phone, you agree to abide by the terms of the rental agreement, including rental rates, duration, and any additional fees.

• Driver Requirements: Only drivers who meet our minimum age and driver's license requirements are permitted to operate our rental RVs. You must provide a valid driver's license at the time of rental.

• Payment: Payment for rentals must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We accept [list accepted payment methods].

• Cancellation and Refunds: Renters are entitled to a full refund, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 30 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date policies vary depending on the type of rental and booking conditions. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

2. Use of Rental Vehicles

• Vehicle Use: You agree to use the rental vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Prohibited Uses: The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Off-road driving

  • Towing other vehicles

  • Smoking or vaping inside the RV

  • Transporting pets without prior approval

• Maintenance and Repairs: We strive to provide well-maintained vehicles. In the event of mechanical issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Liability and Insurance

• Liability: Blissful RVentures LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our rental vehicles, except as required by law.

• Insurance: It is your responsibility to get insurance coverage through MBA Insurance. It is your responsibility to understand the insurance coverage and any limitations.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the reservation and rental process.

• Care of Rental Vehicle: You are responsible for returning the rental vehicle in the same condition as it was provided, excluding normal wear and tear.

5. Privacy Policy

• Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
